My lovely client visited me for a consultation to discuss her options for new brows.

We were looking at faded Microblading done elsewhere, scar tissue and sparse brows.

Together we chose combination brows because this enabled us to build a new brow shape naturally and also add a few hairstrokes through the front to enhance her own brow hair.

These brows will heal softer and ashier in colour ✔️

This week the focus has been on the little things- glimmers- moments of happiness inside of a crazy busy week✨

Days filled with visits from my lovely clients, friends & family and cosy rainy days in the studio ❤️

Then hairstrokes to softly enhance and mimic the natural hairs at the front where the brows look better softer.

This colour will soften by up to 40% leaving my client with a super natural finish…although once she saw these she loved them darker! X

Combination brows are my favourite option when it comes to Semipermanent Brow options and here’s why:

1) You can literally build the shape of your brow using the soft powder technique -this means if you are lacking an arch and a crucial part of the brow we can correct this in a way that other techniques might not achieve (for example soft hairstrokes on the tail would not mimic a natural full front and would compromise the way it looks healed).

2) But by using soft hairstrokes in addition to the powder where they are needed (most often at the front of the brow) you still achieve a soft natural finish- winner!

So for me combination brows are a great option for being creative and correcting problem brows! If you are still unsure over what technique to select for yourself you can always come in for a free consultation to talk to me ❤️

I catch myself doing it a lot! Someone will ask me how I am and I reply ‘Tired!’ and make a joke about needing a strong coffee🤣

But between juggling amazing clients and my children and all of their achievements i must remember that there was a time when I could only dream of this.

This week I managed to juggle birthday celebrations, clients, after school activities and more and it only occurred to me that that was all possible because of the choices I had made when I decided to build my own business.

My client found a colour she immediately fell in love with so we mapped her lips out and set to work ❤️
